    Jason McClenahan is an accomplished and visionary leader with 20+ years of auction-industry experience. Jason led the strategic expansion of the company from Canada into the U.S. and oversaw the company’s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Under Jason’s leadership, EBlock — a sub-brand of E INC — ranked as the number one fastest growing automotive company and 30th overall on The Globe and Mail’s ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies. He also led the company to number 204 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in North America, and No. 26 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Canada's leading tech awards program. Prior to E INC, Jason has held various leadership roles at ADESA Vancouver, ADESA Ottawa and TradeRev USA. Jason’s leadership roles spanned across various critical functional areas, including Operations, Sales and General Management. Jason is a frequent and sought after public speaker at top industry events. Earlier in his career Jason received the AutoRemarketing ‘top 40 under 40’ award.

    Lisa Scott is an award-winning and highly experienced senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry. Lisa is recognized as a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and motivational visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in all aspects of the automotive business, professional auctioneering, and auction management. Prior to joining E INC, Lisa served for over 4 years as the President of PAR North America, a leading nationwide provider of vehicle transition services. She has also served in a variety of senior leadership roles within ADESA Canada, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ADESA, Openlane and Atlantic Operations, culminating in her role as the Chief Client Officer. In addition to her professional experience, Lisa has served on several industry boards, including Chair of the Canadian Committee of the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) and co-chair of the Canadian chapter of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA). She has been recognized with several awards, including Auto Remarketing’s Women in Remarketing award, the International Automotive Remarketing Alliance (IARA) Builders Award, and the Outstanding Contribution to the Canadian Automotive Industry award.

Jai Macker

    Jai Macker is a senior product and engineering leader with a passion for building and bringing innovative products to market and 19 years of experience doing so across startups and enterprises in the automotive industry. In his prior role as Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering, Consumer Solutions at Cox Automotive, Jai had responsibility for the two largest and most trusted automotive consumer brands in the US - Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. In this role, Jai partnered across the enterprise to create a focus on value delivery and develop a true innovation pipeline. This resulted in faster speed to market across the board, including launching the “All-New Autotrader”— a faster, more personalized online shopping experience that delivers true price confidence for consumers, resulting in more engagement, higher quality leads and actual car sales for dealer clients. Prior to Cox Automotive, Jai helped scale Dealer.com from a startup of 12 people to become the leader in automotive digital marketing with over 1000 employees, starting as a developer and then holding leadership roles across Engineering, Product and Business Unit, eventually resulting in the company’s acquisition.

    Kyle Orlando is an experienced leader in automotive marketing, sales, and lead generation. Kyle began building his foundation as an innovator in online automotive marketing in 2003 when he worked at a small dealership in Sudbury, Ontario. Since 2009, Kyle’s leadership and innovative insight have contributed to EDealer’s internal and external growth across Canada. Kyle has focused on building retail operations to support scale and growth while working in sales to accelerate subscriptions. Kyle continues to evolve a competitive marketing strategy based on his experience and knowledge gained through partnerships with market leaders across North America.

Jaimesen Heins

    Jaime Heins brings more than twenty years of in-house and law firm experience from both public and private corporations. Before joining EINC, Jaime served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (NASDAQ:KDP), a leading North American coffee and beverage company. While there, he held various positions of increasing responsibility, including oversight of U.S. commercial matters, strategic partnerships, litigation, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Jaime served as General Counsel at Burton Snowboards, an outdoor sports equipment and apparel manufacturer, where he held various positions from 2005 to January 2015. He currently serves as a board member for two non-profit entities, the Greater Burlington YMCA and the Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation (GBIC). Jaime received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
